Today I managed to sneak in some time in scrapbook room. I made 4 more Christmas Cards. I'm doing a craft show on Dec.6 and I need to get some cards done for the floral shop, Here's the new cards.

4New Christmas Cards!

Well snow is in the air. I love Snow! I know that sounds crazy but I really do. With the crisp cold air, it has put me in a holiday mode. I'm making more Christmas cards, getting ready for a Christmas craft show and planning to get my 12 different cookies, peanut brittle, fudge, caramel almond chocolate covered pretzel rods, chocolate peanut bark and much, much, more. I have alot of people that expect this every year. Last night I made 4 more cards. Here they are!

Crafting Weekend!

I had a very productive craft weekend. Got a lot of things done for my craft show. I made 3"by3" gift cards with envelopes. I also made some Christmas tags and cards. Now I'm working on all my tabletop Christmas Trees. I need to get pictures and will put the pictures of the trees on. I'm working on alot of new ideas. This craft show is a good one so hopefully I'll sell out. I have a 8ft space so I need to make sure I set up to display everything without looking over done. I need to seperate things because I have cards, altered items, Christmas trees, scarves, bookmarks, teachers gifts, journals, snowman soup,inspirational signs and many other items. I think I'll set up in my craftroom and take a picture so I can use it on that day,this way I can make it perfect. I'll be decorating my house next week. I like to have it ready on Thanksgiving night. I decorate all the rooms in my house. My kitchen is all gingerbread with a 5' Primitive tree in front of the window. I put wreaths on all my cabinet doors and gingerbread cans and decorations. The rest of my house is Snowmen. When I get it done I will take pictures. Well need to get busy. Here's a Christmas card I did.

Wide Awake!!!!

Couldn't sleep again so here I am on the computer. I decided to work on my etsy shop. I decided to have a 2 week sale for black friday. Put all my cards on sale. Check them out . Great prices!

TGIF!!!!!!

Well it's friday! Another week gone by. Tomorrow I'm going to go in my scraproom and makes some things for my show in Dec. First I want to get my christmas cards done to mail out, then I need to scrap my grandson birthday party pictures. I'm making albums for each year. Then when he gets married I'll give them to him to share with his kids. I just finished his 1yr-2yr. Now I'm starting 2yr-3yr. He got his 2 yr. checkup yesterday. The Dr. says he doing good, growing normal. My baby isn't a baby anymore!!!!
I've been working on a wood skate I'm altering. I want to make some boxes to put all my Chritmas fudge and goodies in. I guess my cricut will be busy this weekend. I'll be posting pictures on Monday!
It's raining today but it's supposed to be warmer today. I guess I can't complain!

Here's a card I made today! I couldn't sleep last night because I kept seeing this card in my mind. So I made it when I woke up! I guess I even think about cards in my sleep. I also made 2 more that are drying. I'll put them on here tomorrow.

Christmas Cards I Made This Weekend!

These are the cards I made this weekend. I sat and relaxed for a few hours and this is what I came up with. Sometimes I can make alot and sometimes I get nothing made. I guess I was in the mood this weekend. Can You tell I love snowmen and Gingerbread?????

Great Weekend!

Well I got alot done this weekend. I cleaned house and managed to do alot of cards. The best part of the weekend was my grandson's birthday party. He is 2!!!!! My baby is growing up! Friday he got his first haircut. He no longer looks like a baby. He had banana curls and now there gone!!!! He'll always be my baby. I took alot of pictures.The weather here has been great! It's been in the 60's. It's hard to believe it's Nov. I can't wait for our first snowstorm. Maybe we will get some on Thanksgiving. Thats when I decorate for christmas. We go to daughters for Thanksgiving dinner, then come home and turn the lights on. Then the next day my daughter and I go out at 4am for black friday. We call that our family tradition. This year will be a little different. We won't buy as much. With the economy like it is we're cutting down! We usually wear weird Christmas hats and have the Christmas music loud. We stop at our Starbucks for our pumpkin latte's. Of cause mine is the Lite one!!!!! We usually hit Michael's first, then Kohl's, then off to the Mall. By noontime we've had enough and come home. We love getting the great buys!!!!! Here's a picture of Grandson eating his cake. The tongue says it all!!!!!

Well the bewitching day is here!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I'm hoping it's not to cold out tonight. My tradition is to sit on my swing with elderly neighbor dressed up and give candy. We've been doing this for 5 years now. It started off because I didn't want her opening her door alone. We get kids by the car load. We make a fun night of it trying not to eat all our candy before the kids come. LOL! I'm sure all of you are laughing at that one!!!!! I love seeing all the little ones dressed in there costumes. This year my 2 yr. old grandson will be coming. He'll be dressed as Captain Hook! I'll take pictures and put on here tomorrow.Well everyone, have a safe Halloween!!!! Don't get scared!!!!!!!!

Busy Working On Items For A Benefit !

Yes, I'm busy again! You know the old saying "If you want something done ask the busiest person you know". Well thats me. My dd asked me to donate to a benefit for someone at her job. Of cause, I can't just make 1 thing! I'm making a lot of things!. I guess you could say I'm an over achiever. They need raffle things so I just made a huge basket with an altered pail with greeting cards, altered journal, altered planner, altered address book, altered clip, altered clip board, altered closepin and bookmark. Then I made a tabletop christmas tree and a knitted scarf. I'm still thinking of something else to make. It's for a good cause and I want the table to be full of items to raffle. In between that I did this card to sell on my etsy site.

Getting Ready For The Holidays!

I'm busy crafting for the holidays. The weather is getting cold here so it's getting me into the mood for crafting for the holidays.I've made a few items that I'll be putting on here. Christmas is my favorite holiday. I decorate my whole house from room to room with snowmen and gingerbread. I love putting a tree in the kitchen.I make table trees and put them on my counters, windowsill and just everywhere. These are the address books I altered.

My vacation is going great. I've been making cards, altering items and getting ready for my craft shows. I miss my grandson but I'm getting a lot done. I made this card today. I hope you like it. Finished My baby Book!

I have a baby shower today. It took all day yesterday to get my baby book done. I also made a card and a gift bag. I can't believe I got everything done! I'm working on 4 baby cards, 4 Anniversary cards and Birthday cards. I need to get my etsy shop stocked for the holidays. I altered some address books, journals, and clips. I'll be putting them on here soon.The weather here is beautiful. All the leaves have turned colors and it's a crisp fall day. The art festival is this 3 day weekend. First time we haven't had rain for it. I want to go tomorrow but not sure if I will be able to. Have a great weekend everyone! Here's the card I made for my dd to give at shower.

October is breast Cancer awareness. Please have all your loved ones get a mammogram. Its fast and easy. Check with your local hospitals. They can find you someplace to get one if you don't have insurance. We need to beat this disease with early detection!

It's monday!!!!!!

It's monday. Already?????? Seems like my weekend flew bye. I had a craft show on sat. It was outside in the cold and wind. Not a good show. They didn't advertise good so hardly any people showed up. Won't do that one anymore. Took a break yesterday from making items for my other shows. Needed a break. Did make some cards for floral shop. Couldn't sleep so I got up early. Have a busy day today. Need to shop and my grandson is already here. Got him early this morning. His mom had business trip.Hopefully I can get some cards done today. Been up cooking. Made baked oatmeal with blueberries. Yummy! Have to get moving! Have a great week everyone!

Busy Crafting!

Well I've been very busy doing and getting ready for craft shows. There isn't enough time in a day for me. I'm up late at night and up early in the morning working on all my designs. I've been selling my cards in Morning Glory! Thats keeping me busy. I'm working on some altered items, Christmas items and many unique signs. I'll be making a list of all my shows to let you know where I'll be.
Christmas will be here before we know it. I already have alot of Christmas things ready to sell. I'll be adding them to my Etsy shop.I'll be making table top trees decorated with tags and cinnamin ornaments. They are very popular so I need to start making them this week. I'm making christmas tags, gift cards. I have lots of gingerbread and snowmen cards. Something for everyone!

Yes, It's really me !!!!!!!!

I've been missing for a week. I've been busy babysitting, making my cards and altered items and doing craft shows. I did one Sat. and have another one next Sat. I'm also selling my cards and signs in a floral shop. I'm trying to get everything done till late at night and early morning. Doesn't give me much time to sleep.I'm trying to get my Etsy Shop stocked with some new items. I'll be adding altered items to my card collection. I can't wait. I'm really happy with the new items I'll be adding. It'll be next week or so before I can add them. Check my Etsy shop daily. It might be done sooner. Have a great day everyone!

Worried For Nothing!

I guess I worried for nothing. My grandson ended up getting 3 stitches. What a champ! He acted like he never got hurt. I guess boys are accident proof. Lol! I'm working on more cards. I'm selling them in a floral shop. Hopefully this will be a good adventure for me. I'm trying to get ready for some craft shows. I got rained out of the one Sunday! Oh well, there are others. I'm thinking of doing a video on some of my cards. Give ideas to anyone who would want them. I have a Flip, so all I need to do is figure how to do it! That could take months! Lol. Well grandson will be here in a few minutes. I need to make his breakfast and bring out on patio. He loves eating out there and watch the wiggles! Have a great day everyone!
