Here's a new card I made. I think this will be the last Valentine one.
Today's the first day I'm feeling better. I think my cold is going away. Thank god! I need to clean and reorganize my scrapbooking room. Maybe this weekend I can get it done. Have a great Thursday everyone!

I love snow but I think I'm starting to get tired of it. I was hoping to get some cards made today but I'm sick. I have a bad head cold. I feel horrible. I'm going to put some vicks on and go back to bed! If I feel better I'll make some cards. Have a great sunday everyone!

Todays a type of day I could get alot done, but Grandson is here.
It's very cold and snowing today. A perfect day to make cards.
Maybe when he takes a nap I can go up to my scrapbook room and work. I seem to be into pink for Valentines Day!

Here's new cards I made this morning. I'm not happy with my valentine cards. My cousin thinks I'm just not a valentine person. I guess I'm not. Too me love should be celebrated all year! Of cause I just started making cards in June! Oh well I'll move on to Easter!!!!! I love Easter!

Great Day To Make Cards!

We're having a snow/ice storm. I'll be stuck in the house so I decided to work on my Valentine Cards for the Floral Shop.
I bought a great Valentine pack of paper. I can't wait to start creating.
I'll have my breakfast, take my shower and put on some warm snuggly clothes. Make myself some coffee and get busy.
I'll post pictures tonight. I hope I'm in a designing mood!

Bad Weather Again!!!!!

Well we had a snow/ice storm. The roads are icey. It seems since before Christmas thats all we've been having. I think this winter is going to be a long cold one. I guess I better knit more scarves and craft to keep myself busy.
I want to work on Valentine Cards but with my grandson it's hard. He's having the terrible 2's!!!! So it's not funs. We play the game who's boss. LOL! I usually win!
I must give the little guy credit, he keeps trying to win!
I'm hoping to work on my scraproom tonight. It's a mess from all the holiday crafting. I can't even see my table. I'm like a mad woman when I craft. Everything is all over the place.
Well need to get grandson dressed. Have a great Weds. everyone!

Family!

Now with the holidays behind me, I would like to reflect on family.
The holidays have always been sad for me. With both my parents gone my family was just my husband, daughter, son-in-law and grandson.
This year I realized what does family really mean.
A traditional family is mothers, fathers, daughters, sons, brothers, sisters,
grandparents,cousins, aunts and uncles. But does that really define family?????
My family to me is my husband, daughter, son-in-law, grandson, my dog, my cousin who is my best friend and like a sister, my aunt who is like a mother, my neighbor who is my best friend and like a mother and my friend who is like a sister.
To many of you,this may not look like a family, but to me this is the best family ever!
So when I'm sad I think of my special family and it brings a smile to my face.

Cards I Made In 2008!

It's Snowing Again!!!!! / Happy New Year!!!!!!!

Well I think this winter will be a snowy one. We had 12" before christmas. Now we're going to get 8" today. I'm sure glad I bought grandson a sleigh/sled. Maybe his parents will pull him outside.
I'm happy to see it snow. I love it except if I have to drive in it. When it's done I'll take pictures. I didn't do that last week.
Well I'm off to my scrap room to do some cleaning/organizing for the new year.Everyone have a Happy New Year! Please be safe!!!!!

Wide Awake!!!!!

Here I am again. Couldn't sleep. This is beginning to become a habit with me. Up all night and sleep all day.
Usually when this happens, I go upstairs in scrapbook room and create. I think I have a block. I can't even create.
I have so many ideas floating in my head, but can't seem to do anything. I'm thinking of closing my Etsy Shop.
It's not doing that great right now. I loved doing the craft shows but there done for the season.
I need to work on my scrapbooks. I still have my husbands military one to do. I need to start my grandsons 2yr. one. I did a baby one for him. Did a 1yr. to 2yr. one. I want to try and do them for every year. I thought that when he got older I would give them to him.
I need to get motivated!!!!!!!! Help!!!!!! LOL!
Well I guess I'll check out my favorite blogs till I get tired!
